Day 22 and Beyond: Now What?
You’ve established some great rhythms and disciplines over the past 21 days—well done! To get the most out of what you’ve experienced, we invite you to spend some time journaling through what you’ve discovered. We encourage you to invite a friend to chat over a walk or a coffee and share what you are learning. Most importantly, we hope you’ll take some of these new practices into your future and your spiritual journey with Jesus.
You found a time and place to connect with God through prayer and GodTime. Keep up with this routine (or establish one that works better) for an ongoing spiritual habit that will make a lasting impact on your life.
Consider making fasting a regular part of your life. Is this something you’d like to incorporate once a week? Would you like to fast at a certain time of every year—for example, the beginning of each year or in the weeks leading up to Easter? As one example, Andy Crouch, author of the The Tech-wise Family, suggests fasting from technology (“anything that glows”) one hour a day, one day a week, one week a year.
Want to dive into a deeper exploration of prayer? Here are some recommendations:

- A Praying Life by Paul Miller
- Face to Face by Kenneth Boa
- Practicing the Presence of God by Brother Lawrence
Thank you for going on this journey with us. We can’t wait to hear how God has used these 21 days in your life!
