Make and deliver a meal to local families who have been impacted by a homicide

Southwick Elementary

Partner with one of the most under-resourced and ethnically diverse elementary schools in our area—everything from tutoring to special events.

Family Dedication Hosts

As a Family Dedication host, you play an important role in making a young family feel welcome at this special event, and you will guide them through the experience.

Card Team

Serve the people of Pathway by crafting and sending thoughtful cards to those who find themselves in difficult life situations.

Student Ops Team Member

Ops team members serve at our cafe, help with student check-in, and provide general oversight to students on Wednesday nights.

Outside Facilities Team

If you enjoy working outdoors and you take pride in a well-maintained property, this team is a great fit for you!

Indoor Facilities Team

Our indoor facility team are energetic individuals who have hearts to make our indoor spaces comfortable, clean, safe, and functional.

Camera Operator

Members of this team operate a production video cameras during the weekend worship service, creating a better experience for both those who worship with us online or in person.

Guest Services Team

These team members connect people to Pathway by providing information, answering questions, and helping folks find their next steps at PCC.

Communion Team

Prepare and/or serve communion for the service of your choice the first weekend of each month.

Coffee Team

These friendly faces are key to helping our guests and regular attendees feel at home (and well-caffeinated!) as we worship together.

Greeter Team

Greet guests or pass out sermon notes to those attending PCC.

Usher Team

Ushers are an important part of our weekend services—helping guests to their seats, assisting with offering and communion, and tracking attendance numbers.

KidCity Set-up Team

If you’re unable to serve on the weekends, jump in on Thursday afternoon to prepare KidCity classrooms for our services.

KidCity Tech Teams

Tech-Savvy? Use your skills to bring the Bible stories to life for kids at Pathway.

KidCity TinyTown Caregiving Team

Hold, comfort, and play with the littlest KidCity kids. Be part of the team that cares for infants through two-year-olds during the service.

Marriage Events Team

Be part of the team that creates and carries out special marriage-building events, classes, retreats, and date nights.

Meals Ministry

Help make/deliver food to families within PCC in times of hospitalization, illness, or bereavement.

Clerical Assistant

Assist with preparing mailings and other occasional clerical projects that may arise in order to allow office staff to complete other tasks.

Office Receptionist

Answer the phone and greet visitors at the Pathway office with a friendly smile. Assist with various minor office tasks.

Women’s Life Group Leader

Life Group Leaders have a heart for Jesus and for people, and they are willing to facilitate group discussions and Bible studies.

Command Center / Dispatch Team

If you have prior or current dispatch training and a willingness to monitor Pathway radio channels and security cameras, this is the team for you!

Medical Team

If you are a medical professional or first responder who is willing to use your skills to serve the church, this is the place for you!

UpTown Small Group Leader

Come alongside kids in K-4th grade as you shepherd them in their classroom and lead them in a Bible story review, games, and activities that apply to the weekend lesson.

Photography Team

We’re a community of photographers who love to capture strategic shots that help us communicate the mission, vision and values of PCC. This can include Baptisms, Family Dedications, Special Events, and more!

Video Production Team

Let’s make some movies! We’re passionate about creative storytelling, and what better way than through video! If you agree, then we have a variety of ways to serve as part of this team.

Design Team

Use your creative skills to generate graphics for the PCC website, sermon branding, print collateral, t-shirts, logos, and more.

Worship Team Member

We are one team of musicians and vocalists who serve all Pathway environments—from Kids 4 Worship to our weekend services.

Media Presentation Operator

Media presentation of our services has become more important than ever! As a video switcher, you will direct the cameras and record the service, providing a great experience for in-person and online attendees.

Lighting Operator

Support the weekend worship and teaching experience by operating the lighting console to play back lighting cues for weekend services.

Project 5 Small Group Leader

Project 5 takes a village. If you can lead a 20-minute small group time and interact with students during the large group programming on the weekends, we would love to have you on our team!

Student Ministries Small Group Leader

The most effective way to reach students is through close relationships with caring adults. If you have a heart for young people, we invite you to prayerfully consider becoming a small group leader!

KidCity One-on-One Team

Do you have a heart for children with special needs? Come alongside a child as part of our one-on-one team.

MidTown Small Group Leader

Come alongside kids ages 3, 4, and 5 as you shepherd them in their classroom and lead them in a Bible story review, games, and activities that are applicable to the weekend lesson.

KidCity Worship Team

Use your gifts in music to lead worship in one of our large group theaters.

Drama and Storytelling Team

Creatively present the weekend lesson through drama and storytelling. Scripts are provided.

Support Group Facilitator

Help lead/facilitate or assist in leading one of our support groups. Training is provided!

First-time Moms Coaches

Walk alongside first-time moms in a small group setting, encouraging and supporting them as they embark on this new adventure.

Women’s Ministry Mentors

This is for women who enjoy building friendships and sharing wisdom that will bring women into closer relationship with God, their families, and friends.

Premarital Coaches

If you have a passion to mentor premarital couples and equip them to build strong, godly marriages, this is for you!

ReEngage Coaches

If you are a spiritually-growing married couple within PCC, if you’re relationship-oriented and have a heart to encourage other couples in their faith and marriage, this is for you!

KidCity Safety Team

Help keep KidCity safe and secure. Assist staff in implementing all KidCity policies and procedures and helps volunteers as needed.

KidCity Welcome Team

Be a friendly face that welcomes kids to KidCity, helps visiting families check in, and provide them with information about KidCity.

Special Events

This team loves to create an event that is an experience. These folks are creative, hospitable, servant-hearted, and a lot of fun! Want to use your gifts, passions, and skills to make a PCC event that is truly special? This is the team for you!

True Vine Event Team

If you have gifts of hospitality, organization, and a heart to serve foster and adoptive families, we invite you to explore this opportunity.

Food Pantry Team

This team assembles items from PCC’s food pantry to fill grocery-orders for individuals and families in need.

Giving Tree Team

This team helps Pathway share the joy of Christmas with families in our community who are faced with challenging circumstances during the holiday season.

Helping Hands

Use your “handy” skills to help with home repairs or projects, or sign up to receive some help around your home.

The Pathway Garden

Passionate volunteers annually grow hundreds of pounds of fresh produce on the Pathway campus to feed and nourish local families.

Life Group Leaders

Life Group Leaders have a heart for Jesus and for people, and they are willing to facilitate group discussions and Bible studies.

Funeral Team

Provide grieving families with comfort and care through tangible acts of service.

Craft Bazaar Team

If you can serve as an incredibly cheery helper—serving up concessions, selling raffle tickets, or preparing lunch—we invite you to be part of the Craft Bazaar Team and a super-fun day at Pathway!

Financial Mentors

These folks are good with numbers and budgeting, and they have a desire to help others get financially fit.

Visitation Team

Visit and pray for those who are in the hospital, in assisted living, or are homebound.
