Elders play a vital role in the leadership of our church. They uphold the integrity, vision, and mission of Pathway, and they hold the leaders and staff accountable to that mission. Elders are selected based on the qualifications outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-11 and Titus 1:5-9.
