Serving Opportunities

Student Ministries Small Group Leader

The most effective way to reach students is through close relationships with caring adults! We believe that if you love Jesus and are willing to love and invest in a small group of same-gender students on a weekly basis, God will use you in an incredible way in the lives of those students. Small groups are a central part of Pathway Student Ministries, and we invite you to prayerfully consider joining in!

Project 5 Small Group Leader

Project 5 is a high-energy environment designed especially for tweens—with fun, worship, and teaching aimed right at their 5th grade hearts. But in addition to all the awesome large group activities, Project 5 takes a village of small group leaders. If you can lead a 20-minute small group time and interact with students during the large group programming on the weekends, we would love to hear from you!

Student Ops Team Member

We are looking for adults to serve behind the scenes on Wednesday nights to make possible several critical aspects of our youth gatherings. Ops team members serve at our cafe, help with student check-in, and provide general oversight to student behavior on Wednesday nights.
