Lighting Operator

The role of the lighting operator is to support the worship and teaching experience by operating the lighting console to playback lighting cues for weekend services.

Media Presentation Operator

The role of the video switcher is to direct the cameras and to record the service.

Camera Operator

The role of the camera operator is to support the worship and teaching experience by operating a professional production video camera during the weekend worship service.

Series Brochures

Be part of the team that stocks the pockets on the back of the seats in the Worship Center and the Venue with brochures, pens, and giving envelopes. Contact Stacie at smiller@pccfw.org.

Clerical Assistant

Assist with preparing mailings and other occasional clerical projects that may arise in order to allow office staff to complete other tasks.

Office Receptionist

Answer the phone and greet visitors at the Pathway office with a friendly smile. Assist with various minor office tasks.

Outside Facilities Team

Individuals who can help with any of the following tasks: Weed and distribute mulch in the outdoor beds, Mow the property, Snow removal in parking lots and sidewalks.

Indoor Facilities Team

One who can help with any of the following tasks: meeting room set-up and tear-down, vacuum carpets, clean windows, and/or clean/reseal floor tiles.

KidCity Set-up Team

If you’re unable to serve on the weekends, jump in on Thursday afternoon to prepare KidCity classrooms for our services.

KidCity One-on-One Team

Encourage and walk alongside a child with a special need.

KidCity Tech Teams

Use your tech skills to bring the Bible stories to life.

MidTown Small Group Leader

Come alongside kids ages 3, 4, and 5 as you shepherd them in their classroom and lead them in a Bible story review, games, and activities that are applicable to the morning’s lesson.

UpTown Small Group Leader

Come alongside kids ages Kindergarten thru 4th grade as you shepherd them in their classroom and lead them in a Bible story review, games, and activities that are applicable to the morning’s lesson.

KidCity TinyTown Caregiving Team

Hold, comfort, rock and play with the littlest KidCity kids. Be part of the team that cares for infants through two-year-old children during the service.

KidCity Safety Team

Help keep KidCity safe and secure. Assist staff in implementing all KidCity policies and procedures and helps volunteers as needed.

KidCity Worship Team

Use your gifts in music to lead worship in one of our large group theaters.

Drama and Storytelling Team

Present the morning’s lesson through creative drama and storytelling using provided scripts.

KidCity Welcome Team

Be a friendly face that welcomes kids to KidCity, helps visiting families check in and provides them with information about KidCity.

Family Dedication Hosts

Host couples during the event, set up, clean up, and serve refreshments.

Square One Coaches

A Spiritually growing mature woman who would walk alongside 1st time moms in a small group setting, to encourage and love on them as they embark on this new adventure.

Foundations Coaches

Spiritually growing married couples within PCC willing to offer insight, experience, encouragement, and support to help other NEWLYWEDS build and strengthen their marriages.

Card Team

Serve the people of Pathway by crafting and sending thoughtful cards to those who find themselves in difficult life situations.

Financial Mentors

Assist the Care Team in processing Financial Assistance Requests.

Care Hospitality Team

Provide grieving families with comfort and care through tangible acts of service.

Student Ops Team Member

We are looking for adults to serve behind the scenes on Wednesday nights to make possible several critical aspects of our youth gatherings. Ops team members serve at our cafe, help with student check-in, and provide general oversight to student behavior on Wednesday nights.

Connection Community Team

Make our big church feel a little smaller by helping people be known and more deeply connected on the weekends.

Photography Team

We’re a community of photographers who love to capture strategic shots that help us communicate the mission, vision and values of PCC. This can include Baptisms, Family Dedications, Special Events, Creative Photography for Design, and so on.

Video Production Team

Let’s make some movies! We’re passionate about creative storytelling, and what better way than through video! If you agree, then we have a variety of ways to serve as part of this team.

Writing Team

Writers will contribute to the conceptualization and creation of original written content. This is a good fit for those who have well-developed writing and editing skills, who can contribute writing for Pathway in the form of copy, creative content, and/or press releases.

Design Team

We’re a community of creatives who are skilled in the area of graphic design. This team generates graphics for the website, sermon branding, print collateral, t-shirts, logos, and more.

Men’s Ministry Kiosk Team Member

Can you help with signups for an event? Distribute t-shirts, books, or bacon? Serve PCC Men as a member of our Kiosk Team!

Men’s Ministry Event Planner

Every now and then we plan a special event—something involving potato guns, jousting tournaments, or other manly shenanigans. Want to help us make it a great one? Step into an as-needed role as part of the Events Team. No special skills are required—just a heart to serve.

Worship Team Member

We are one team of musicians and vocalists who serve all Pathway environments—from Kids 4 Worship to our weekend services.

Women’s Ministry Mentors

We are looking for women who enjoy building friendships for the purpose of sharing their experiences and wisdom which bring women to a closer relationship with God, their families and friends.

Women’s Ministry Aesthetics Team

We are looking for women who enjoy creating or assisting in the creation of an inviting/meaningful environment by decorating rooms, entrances, tables, etc.

Women’s Ministry Hospitality Team

We are looking for women who enjoy greeting, hosting and providing an inviting atmosphere for women before, during and after events.

Women’s Ministry Planning Team

We are looking for women who enjoy working with a team and making the event happen from start to finish.

Women’s Ministry KidCare

We are looking for women who enjoy Lovingly caring for babies and young children during Women’s Ministry events and functions.

Small Group Hosts

Provides a meeting place for their small group. A host is someone who has a heart for people, can open up their home, serve a snack, and can thoughtfully guide a conversation.

Guest Services Team

This team answers questions, receives registrations, and orients guests to PCC. Serve once a month for the service of your choice. Training provided.

Coffee Team

Prepare, serve, and/or clean up coffee for the service of your choice one time a month.

Communion Team

Prepare and/or serve communion for the service of your choice the first weekend of each month.

Greeter Team

Greet guests or pass out bulletins to those attending PCC.

Usher Team

Direct those entering and leaving the worship center and aid in emergency evacuations.

Marriage Events Team

Assist in developing and planning marriage building events, classes, retreats, date nights, etc.

ReEngage Coaches

Godly married couples within PCC willing to offer insight, experience, encouragement, and support to help other married couples build and strengthen their marriages.

Premarital Coaches

Spiritually growing married couples willing to be trained in Pathway’s pre-marriage mentoring materials and to meet with and mentor premarital couples.

Support Groups

Help lead/facilitate or assist in leading a support group. Training is provided!

Meals Ministry

Help make/deliver food to families within PCC in times of hospitalization, illness, or bereavement.

Visitation Team

Visit and pray for those who are in the hospital, nursing home, or are shut-in at home.

Christmas Eve Events Team

You can play a vital part in sharing the significance of this day with the thousands of people who will come through our doors this Christmas.

Meals for Healing

Make and deliver a meal to local families who have been impacted by a homicide

Special Events

This team loves to create an event that is an experience. These folks are creative, hospitable, servant-hearted, and a lot of fun! Want to use your gifts, passions, and skills to make a PCC event that is truly special? This is the team for you!

Food Pantry Team

Gather items from PCC’s food pantry to assemble grocery-orders for individuals and families in need.

Prayer Team

A group of Christ followers who commit to pray daily for our board, staff, volunteers, and congregation.

Post Service Prayer Team

Pray with individuals who come forward with a need after the weekend services, and connect them to any resources available at Pathway.

Student Ministries Small Group Leader

The most effective way to reach students is through close relationships with caring adults! We believe that if you love Jesus and are willing to love and invest in a small group of same-gender students on a weekly basis, God will use you in an incredible way in the lives of those students. Small groups are a central part of Pathway Student Ministries, and we invite you to prayerfully consider joining in!

Project 5 Small Group Leader

Project 5 is a high-energy environment designed especially for tweens—with fun, worship, and teaching aimed right at their 5th grade hearts. But in addition to all the awesome large group activities, Project 5 takes a village of small group leaders. If you can lead a 20-minute small group time and interact with students during the large group programming on the weekends, we would love to hear from you!
