Women's One Night: Meet Me in the Bible

One part of the famous prayer Jesus gives us in Matthew 6 is a simple and subtle request: “Give us today our daily bread.” What if this request is about more than God meeting our physical needs? Jesus calls us into a life where we experience day after day the provision of God deep within our soul. He wishes to show us how rich and satisfying his Word is, and He is calling out to each of us saying, “Meet me in the Bible!”
Women’s One Night: Meet Me in the Bible, is designed to help women encounter God through His Word in deeper, more meaningful ways. Through our breakout sessions and discussion, we’ll discover how Scripture speaks into our everyday lives with truth and grace.

Breakout Sessions:
Is the Bible Trustworthy? – Brian Beall and Kara Miller
In a world full of questions and doubts, can we trust the Bible? This session invites you to explore the reliability, relevance, and truth of God’s Word. We’ll look at the foundations of Scripture and why we can confidently build our lives on it today. Whether you’re wrestling with doubts or looking to strengthen your faith, this session offers clarity and encouragement.
Intimacy with God and Others– Challis Bower and Shannon Tranquill
From our earliest days, we tend to develop deeply held “blocking beliefs” about ourselves, others and the world. Although these blocks can protect us from harm (judgement, rejection, etc.), they also keep us from experiencing intimate relationships, where we are fully known and fully loved. God has declared this aloneness “not good”, designing us to be in deep connection with Himself and others.
From Proverbs to Playdates: Parenting by the Book– Regina Knapp
In this breakout session, we’ll explore what the Bible says about being a faithful, grace-filled parent. Together, we’ll look at practical wisdom from Scripture, examine God’s heart for families, and discover how to raise children with love, truth, and purpose. Whether you’re parenting young kids, teens, or grown children, this session offers encouragement and biblical insight for every stage.
Think on These Things – Becky Johnson
In a world full of noise and distraction, this session invites you to slow down and intentionally fill your mind with God’s Word. We’ll explore the power of getting Scripture into your heart and mind—not as a task, but as a way to renew your mind, strengthen your faith, and carry truth into your everyday life. Come learn practical tools and encouragement for hiding God’s Word in your heart.
Bible Basics – Ana Ginder
Bible Basics is a welcoming session designed to help women grow in confidence as they engage with God’s Word. Whether you’re new to the Bible or a veteran Bible reader, we’ll cover how it’s organized, how to navigate it, and how to begin reading it with understanding and purpose. Come discover that the Bible isn’t intimidating—it’s an invitation to know God more deeply.
