Marriage Enrichment & Transformation
Whether your marriage is good and you want it to be great, or you are at rock-bottom and wonder if there is hope, ReEngage is a safe place to grow in your marriage. In this 14-week environment, we’ll examine God’s design for marriage and learn biblical principles that have the power to heal and transform our hearts so we can thrive in our most intimate relationships. We’ll hear encouraging stories from others who have experienced victory in the midst of hard times. And we’ll have opportunity to interact with other couples in a small group as we work through the curriculum together.

Pre-Marriage Environments
Merge
This nine-week series of classes is fun, real, interactive, and all about getting your marriage off to a great start. Merge gives engaged and seriously-dating couples the opportunity to seek wisdom and receive counsel about marriage. We incorporate large group teaching, small group time, the leadership of seasoned “coach” couples, and a stellar curriculum to address common challenges in marriage from a Biblical perspective. Merge is a great step toward a Christ-centered marriage, and we would be honored to walk beside you as you begin your journey.

Merge: Blended
This version of Merge is specifically tailored to pre-marital couples who will become blended families. Like the original Merge, Merge: Blended is a nine-week series of classes that is fun, interactive, and all about getting your marriage off to a great start. If you and/or your significant other have children, we invite you to be part of these pre-marital sessions. You’ll experience real conversations, a curriculum that is specific to your relational needs, and the leadership of seasoned blended-family “coach” couples. Merge: Blended is your next step toward a Christ-centered marriage, home, and family.

Encouragement, Wisdom, and Community for the Start of a New Journey
If you are a first-time mommy-to-be or a brand-new mom with an infant 0-4 months, this environment is for you! Pathway’s First-Time Moms’ Class is designed to surround you with the love and encouragement you need to thrive in your new role. In this 6-week class, you’ll find community with other first-time moms, biblical encouragement to help you grow, and helpful life skills and mom hacks for everyday life.

If you could use some encouragement in your parenting or practical tools to help your family, Faith at Home Parents is for you. Join us for meaningful conversation, biblical insight, and practical ideas to help you lead your children with confidence and faith. Family Dedication Hosts
Family Dedication at Pathway is a unique, walk-through event for parents, young children, and their extended families. It’s a time of celebration and an event that marks a commitment to raise children in a Christ-centered home. As a host, you will welcome families, guide them from room to room, help with setup and cleanup, and serve refreshments.
Time Commitment: 1-4 hours, 3 times a year (not during the summer months)

First Time Moms Coach
his role is for spiritually-mature women who want to walk alongside first-time moms in a small group setting—encouraging and supporting them as they embark on this new adventure.
Time Commitment: 2 hours/week for 7 weeks

Marriage Events Team
Are you creative? Organized and administrative? Have a heart to help or an eye for aesthetics? Any of these qualities make you a great candidate for the Special Events Team in Pathway’s Marriage and Parenting Ministry. As part of this team, you help create and carry out special marriage-building events, classes, retreats, and date nights.
Time Commitment: varies (around 5-10 hours a month)

Marriage Mentor
There are seasons in life when a married couple can benefit from being mentored by another married couple.

If you have a passion to help other couples build strong, godly marriages, this is for you! We are looking for spiritually-growing married couples who are willing to meet with and mentor premarital couples. Pathway provides all materials and necessary training.
Time Commitment: 2.5 hours/week for 8 weeks
Training: weekly training and dinner are included in the 8 week commitment
Gifts & Talents: married couples who have a heart for those beginning their marriage journey; ability to thoughtfully guide a discussion group
Ongoing Opportunities: 10-15 couples

ReEngage is the primary marriage environment at Pathway. If you are a spiritually-growing married couple within PCC, if you’re relationship-oriented and have a heart to encourage other couples in their faith and marriage, this is for you!
Time Commitment: 2.5 hours/week for 14 consecutive weeks
Training: training and dinner are included in the 14 week commitment
Gifts & Talents: Married couples who have a heart for walking alongside married couples
Ongoing Opportunities: 25-30 couples

KidCare Team
While KidCity is our worship environment for kids during weekend services, KidCare is our childcare environment during the week and for special weekend events. KidCare makes it possible for many Pathway moms and dads to be part of Bible studies, support groups, classes, marriage environments, and more.
If you have a heart for kids and want to give parents some time to connect with others and grow in their faith, KidCare has employment and volunteer opportunities for you. The hours are flexible, and anyone age 16 or older may apply.
