Join us for two days of support, encouragement, and refreshment designed for foster and adoptive caregivers and the professionals who serve them. The Replanted Conference is all about linking arms and reminding you that you’re not alone on this journey.

Lunch and snacks will be provided. Foster parents earn 10 CEUs for attending.

Parenting through foster care and adoption comes with unique joys and challenges—you don’t have to walk it alone. Join other moms for dessert and heartfelt conversation. This is a safe space to share your story, be heard, and find encouragement from women who truly understand. We meet once a month on Wednesday nights—we’d love to have you with us!

Equip Parent Coaching is for you!  Spend ten weeks working through content focused on 9 Connecting Practices to help you grow and refine your parenting.  This content is designed to educate, equip, and empower parents and caregivers who are parenting in the space of adoption and foster care.

Foster and adoptive families, you're invited to join us for an afternoon of fall fun at Kuehnert Dairy Farm! Enjoy all the favorites—hayrides, pumpkin decorating, the corn maze, and more. We’ll also have a place in the barn to gather, relax, and connect. It’s a perfect way to celebrate the season with others in the True Vine community.

No cost to register. We’ll provide lunch vouchers so your family can grab a meal and enjoy time together!

You and your family are invited to the True Vine Celebration on June 19! We’re gathering on Pathway’s campus for an evening of fun and community, and we’d love for you to be here. Come out with your family to enjoy some outdoor play—including yard games, sand volleyball, and a bounce house—as well as dinner and snow cones. The event is FREE, but we’d love for you to RSVP and let us know you’re coming so we can have enough food for all. Sign up below.

Foster, adoptive, and New Mercies moms—are you burned out, weary, in need of rest? Join us for a day of rest and refreshment as we connect with God and other moms who have adopted, fostered, or hosted children. We will have a delicious lunch and spend the day learning and growing with other moms! Come as you are in comfortable clothes, and bring a pen, Bible, and journal.
