Our teams lead worship in many environments throughout Pathway—from KidCity, to Student Ministries, our Worship Center, The Venue, and more.

Worship Team Member

The mission of Pathway Worship is to be a team united in intimate, humble, and passionate worship of God, and to lead others into all-out, uncompromising worship of our Heavenly Father. We are one team that serves all Pathway environments—from Kids 4 Worship to our weekend services. We commit to lives of faith in calling, competence, and character; we take ownership of the gifts with which God has blessed us, and we are grateful for the opportunity to serve Him. We believe our gifts exist to serve the Church, and we pursue that calling with the upmost excellence and creativity.

Time Commitment: Varies (around 15 hours for weekend services)
Training: minimal training required
Gifts & Talents: previous experience playing an instrument or singing

Production and Tech Team

Every weekend and throughout the week, this team supports the worship and teaching in all our environments—from adult spaces to students and kids, to church online. Whether you have technical skills or you're willing to learn, there is a place for you with PCC Production and Tech!

The Venue

A scaled-down worship environment where big church feels small.

Welcome to the Venue!

The Venue is a Pathway worship environment that meets upstairs on Sunday mornings at 9AM + 11AM. This service features live worship, teaching streamed from the worship center, and its own opportunity to find community. If you’re looking for the Pathway worship experience paired with a smaller-church feel, we invite you to check out The Venue any Sunday morning. You are always welcome here!
