Meet Our Senior Leadership Team
Meet the executive leaders who set vision for Pathway ministries and operations.
Aaron Frey
Spiritual Formation Director
In addition to serving as Pathway's Executive Director of Spiritual Formation, Aaron is the owner of Frey Vision Group of Indiana, Inc. He is a graduate of Indiana University where he holds a Doctorate of Optometry degree. He also holds a Masters in Ministry degree from Northern Seminary, located in Chicago.
Aaron and his wife, Kara, have been blessed with four children and a son-in-law. Their family has attended Pathway since 2016, and they have served in various roles over the years. Currently, Aaron serves with our elder team, and his wife enjoys serving in Pathway's True Vine ministry—especially with foster care and New Mercies Ministries. When he's not working, Aaron enjoys reading, travel, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends.

Brad Bullock
Executive Director of Next Generation
Brad serves Pathway as our Executive Director of Next Generation providing leadership for ministries engaging kids through college age students. Raised in a non-Christian home, Brad experienced radical transformation because of the influence of his youth group, and his heart was ignited to help the next generation encounter Christ in that same way. He lives with a unique passion to transform the next generation for Christ by developing and unleashing incredible leaders. He is a graduate of Bethel University and Wesley Seminary. He and his wife, Kelsey, have three children and enjoy traveling, being outdoors, and planning their next adventure together.
Brian Beall
Executive Pastor
Brian serves Pathway as our Executive Pastor. He is a grad of Bethel College with a degree in Biblical Literature, and he has a Masters of Divinity from Wesley Seminary. In addition to his pastoral role, Brian enjoys building community around unique and delicious food experiences. He and his wife, Sheri, have two biological sons and two daughters adopted from China. Currently, they are in the process of adopting a boy from China.
Dan Litwiller
Executive Director of Weekend Experience
Dan serves the Pathway family as our Executive Director of Weekend Experience. He finds it a privilege to walk alongside people, listen to their stories, and encourage them as they take steps towards Jesus. Before landing in Fort Wayne, Dan led as a worship pastor in Illinois and Missouri for eleven years. For three years subsequent, he served as a church-planting resident in Chicago and Baltimore. In his downtime, nothing makes Dan happier than a vintage sci-fi film and some Chinese takeout. (He even learned to roll his own sushi!) When he isn’t rolling the sushi, Dan loves spending time outdoors with his wife, Kim, and three energetic little boys.
Melanie Perlich
Executive Director of Operations
Melanie has been part of the Pathway staff since 2006 and currently serves as our Executive Director of Operations. In this role, Melanie oversees Finance, HR, Facilities, IT, Safety and Security, and Communications. (She basically keeps this place running!) Melanie considers herself an expert in 80's music, cherishes a rare moment to curl up with a novel, and has a slight addiction to Ricker's Pepsi. Outside of the office, Melanie and her husband, Jamie, are kept busy by their four children and grandson.
Ron Williams
Senior Pastor
As Pathway’s Senior Pastor, Ron considers it an incredible opportunity to serve both the staff and the growing gathering of people who call PCC home. He loves to hear the stories of life-change that emerge from people coming to know the transforming power of Jesus Christ in their lives. Ron is the father of four, and in 2023 Ron married Tami Mann, who has two children and two grandchildren.
Ron and Tami both understand what it means to walk through the death and loss of a spouse. Together as a newly-married couple, they've been learning to blend two families together. (Don’t ask them if they have it all down yet!) They recognize blends cannot be microwaved but must be slow-cooked over a long period of time. Ron’s first marriage to Laura ended in 2016 from breast cancer, and Tami’s first marriage to Joe ended due to complications from COVID while they were serving with Destiny Rescue in Cambodia.
Outside of his family, Ron has a passion for life-long learning, running or cycling, and once in a great while throwing a hook or two into a well-stocked lake full of hungry fish. Ron is a graduate of Fort Wayne Bible College and holds an MA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
