High School

All 9th–12th grade students are invited!

Wednesdays | 7:30pm

Are you new to Impact?

We can't wait to get to know you!

When you check in at Impact the first time, we will get you started and help you every step of the way! We begin the evening in Pathway’s downstairs lobby. Students can be dropped off on the North side of the building and signs will direct them for where to enter.  At 7:30pm we’ll head up The Venue—Pathway’s upstairs worship space—for a time of singing and a message from the Bible. After our large group time, we’ll break out into small groups. If you’re new, our youth pastors will help you find a small group that’s a great fit for you. Small groups get done around 9:15pm, and then students are free to head home.

We invite you to come and check out Impact any Wednesday evening … we think you will really love it!

High School Small Group Leader
The most effective way to reach students is through close relationships with caring adults! We believe that if you love Jesus and are willing to love and invest in a small group of same-gender students on a weekly basis, God will use you in an incredible way in the lives of those students. Small groups are a central part of Pathway Student Ministries, and we invite you to prayerfully consider joining in!

Time Commitment: invest weekly in a small group of students (late-August through May)
Training: we are committed to developing you into the best small group leader our students could hope for
Gifts & Talents: we believe God can use almost anyone in this role. Leaders with a variety of gifts can be very successful investing in students
Ongoing Opportunities: 50-60 team members

2027 Dates TBA

Impact is going to Gull Lake Ministries for a 2-night retreat.
This year there will be one retreat for all high school students at a new location! Transportation will be provided there and back. We are taking charter buses to Gull Lake Ministries in Michigan (a two-hour drive from Pathway). We will depart from Pathway at 5:30 pm on Friday, January 9.

Here's what you can expect at Winter Retreat 2026...
It will be a ton of fun!
Gull Lake is a luxury spot with a full-size gym, indoor pickleball, bowling lanes, rock-climbing, game room, and awesome housing!

You will connect with others!
Winter Retreat will be an intentional time for students to connect with each other, build new friendships and grow closer together as a youth group!
You will connect with God!
We will take time each morning and evening of the retreat to meet together, worship, share in small groups and dive into the Word. It’s amazing what God does when we take a few days to get away and put our focus on him.
