Brad serves Pathway as our Executive Director of Next Generation providing leadership for ministries engaging kids through college age students.  Raised in a non-Christian home, Brad experienced radical transformation because of the influence of his youth group, and his heart was ignited to help the next generation encounter Christ in that same way. He lives with a unique passion to transform the next generation for Christ by developing and unleashing incredible leaders.  He is a graduate of Bethel University and Wesley Seminary.  He and his wife, Kelsey, have three children and enjoy traveling, being outdoors, and planning their next adventure together.
