At TAKE 56 we have created a special place just for 5th and 6th grade students. TAKE 56 exists to encourage students to have a relationship with Jesus Christ and is a place where 5th and 6th graders learn to:
-TAKE Ownership
-TAKE Responsibility
-TAKE Action
-TAKE Responsibility
-TAKE Action
TAKE Ownership means that I now understand faith as my own. Our main goal for your student when they leave this ministry is that they will now understand faith is no longer something that is "Mom and Dad's" but it is "my own."
TAKE Responsibility means that I am responsible for what I do and what I don't do. I control whether I positively impact those around me or negatively impact those around me.
TAKE Action means I share my faith with others. Now that I take responsibility and ownership of my faith, I have a desire to share it with others. Our students have unlimited potential and have the power to change their world! So we will provide opportunities for our students to serve through TAKE 56 and better understand their identity as a Christian.
