The Pathway Garden

Several years ago some passionate volunteers within Pathway Community Church started a garden on our grounds to provide fresh, nutritious, whole foods for the hungry in our community. Today, The Pathway Garden continues to thrive on our church’s campus and annually produces hundreds of pounds of fresh food for families in need.

From our annual Planting Day to simple garden-care throughout the spring and summer, we invite you to get your hands dirty for a great cause. Everyone is welcome—from the experienced green-thumbs to the novice gardeners. Children ages five and up can serve!

Time Commitment: Sign up for a one-week shift, and serve approximately 5 hours (total) watering, weeding, or harvesting

Training: minimal training needed

Gifts & Talents: for those who enjoy playing in the dirt!

Ongoing Opportunities: throughout the spring and summer
